Andrew Bee
Senior Pastor
When my wife and I moved back to this area in 2004, we knew Meadows to be a solid church with good people and a place we could connect and plug-in. We also knew it was where God wanted us! We just didn’t know all the reasons why or what it would mean for us and our five children.
Since then God has led us on quite a journey both as a family and as a church. God called me to be an
elder about a year after we began attending. Then, He called me onto the staff team in a time of transition. He then called me to continue on staff as part of a pastoral team we thought would serve together here for many years. Most recently, He called me to my current role as Sr. Pastor. In 2004 Eryn and I couldn’t have imagined we would be serving Meadows Christian Fellowship in this way. It was not our plan, but it has been and continues to be our joy.
The Fellowship here has been through much over the past 60 years and God continues to work. My hope is our best days as a Church are still to come as we honor God by helping people to Know, Love and Become like Jesus Christ.
Justin MacKinnon
Pastor of Young Adult Ministries
I was practically raised at Meadows. My father began serving as Sr. Pastor when I was in third grade and well… the rest is history. As a PK (Pastor’s Kid), I grew up in a loving Christian home and in a good church. But, I know not all young people have it so good.
God placed a burden on my heart for young people years ago and has been guiding my path to minister to them ever since. That passion and guiding took me to Moody Bible Institute where I trained in Youth Ministry. It took me to Romania where I served young people with Word Made Flesh. And it brought me back to Meadows where I served as a volunteer in the Sr. High youth group and now on-staff with youth and young adults.
In June of 2013 I was married to my beautiful wife, Valerie, who serves right beside me here at Meadows. I enjoy young people, history, baseball and the history of baseball, but it is my hope and passion to create space for Jesus to meet people where they are and see Him transform their lives.
Mark Hoffman
Director of Worship Ministries
As a young couple expecting our first child and looking for a new church home, my wife, Jean, and I first came to this church in 2001. We immediately recognized that this is a special place. We found Meadows to be a welcoming church, a place to grow in our faith, a place to bring kids, and a place to serve.
As a musician, I’ve been playing and teaching trumpet professionally for over 20 years, and I have served musically in our fellowship ever since we came here. But overseeing the worship ministry here has been a new chapter in my life, first as a volunteer and then on staff beginning in 2011. I am excited about the future at Meadows, and I pray that our Sunday services would be vibrant and meaningful expressions of worship, but also that we increasingly see worship not as something we do only on Sunday, but as the way to live life.

Director of Communications /
Administrative Assistant
Meadows is the church I grew up in as a child and subsequently returned to after graduation from college. I watched my parents serve lovingly for over 35 years in the Awana Ministry. It was through that experience that I found my place as Awana Commander too. My desire is that children have a place to learn about Jesus and become more like Him.
As a corporate and freelance graphic designer since 1995, I’ve enjoyed helping companies realize their full potential by providing solutions to their communication needs. Being on staff at Meadows has added another element to my marketing niche… helping the church reach people in big and small ways to express opportunities for people to connect their faith to living it out daily. My passion is to encourage our church family to find their unique place on the vine to grow in their faith and serve Christ joyfully.

Assistant Treasurer /
Administrative Assistant
We moved to the Meadows area in 1999 and sought out a local church that had an Awana program for our children as they grew up. My husband and I were seeking a church that would grow our faith, have great teaching/worship and give us that small church fellowship. Meadows was an easy choice for our whole family and we have jumped in with both feet running.
When we sought out where God was leading us as a family, we knew we wanted to be around people who we do life with everyday and see them on Sunday as well. Meadows’ take on VBS, called Inspiration Studio, spoke to my creative side where I found a place to serve as well as worship. When we made Meadows our church home, I knew I would love to serve on church work days as well as with the Caring Friends (Adults with Disibilities) Ministry. It’s a blessing to be welcomed in with such a talented team.
