Preparing for Worship – May 15

from Mark Hoffman

O sing hallelujah, Our hope springs eternal

O sing hallelujah, Now and ever we confess

Christ our hope in life and death

We have eternal hope because we serve an eternal God! This wonderful truth will be the central theme of our worship this week as we are live-streaming once again, but with one big difference…. This week, our live-stream will originate from the church sanctuary as we are now able to gather a small group of people in order to facilitate our worship service. We will begin in song, proclaiming the eternal hope we have in Jesus Christ as we sing Christ Our Hope In Life And Death and Behold Him

Following Marcia Jarrett’s special time for kids, Pastor Andrew will continue our God Is… sermon series with a message from Revelation 1:4-8 entitled “God Is Eternal.” In response to the confident hope we find in our eternal God, we will again sing Christ Our Hope In Life And Death. Concluding our time of worship will be Giving, prayer, and a Benediction. If you have a prayer request you’d like to share this week, please email it to:

Please be in prayer this week as we make preparations to live-stream from the church. Pray that we can get everything set-up and coordinated while still doing our best to adhere to health guidelines. Also take some time to prayerfully familiarize yourself with the songs and Scripture for this week. Let’s be ready to come before our eternal Lord in worship this Sunday.
